In jee mains my state code of eligibility is West Bengal but my central obc ncl certificate is issued from Bihar so will it be accepted ?

Yes, it will be accepted. Because the state code is the state from where you did your class 12th, and OBC certificate is issued from state where you have permanent house. So it is acceptable.
