Yes, according to central government students who all are registered in IMR (Indian medical register) can practice anywhere in the country. So, your certificate from any one of the country in India will be valid across all over the India.

i ask because singhania university is in jhunjhunu, Raha. And it is not mci approved so but this is ugc approved so mbbs degree from this university is valid in india or not?
