BITS Pilani is amongst the top institutes in the country and has a very good infrastructure and the best faculties, therefore, if you wish to pursue a M.Sc. in maths then it should be your top priority after the IITs. Although the fees there can be an issue as the fees of BITS is higher than other colleges. Therefore choose accordingly. Hope this helps.
