PHD from IGNOU is done from regional centre in New Delhi.

Indira Gandhi National Open University is known as ignou. It is an accredited university in India, and a PhD from ignou is recognised as legitimate. To apply for admission, you must do so online. The university will administer an entrance exam that is comparable to the ugc net or csir net exam type.
