Srm University is a point which provides different number of courses. 

Anytime ,compared to a single college universities will have a scope of higher placements because the industry will get many people at one place. So there will be no problem in placements there.

Btech is much more good than Mtech in SRM. You can apply for GATE entrance and get admission in good IIT, NIT's for Mtech studies.
