Yes, any certificate offered by Annamalai University is totally valid as the university is UGC recognised. However, a UGC notice regarding distance learning courses run by Annamalai University from March 25, 2022 said, “ODL programmes offered by the Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu without prior approval of UGC are invalid and the university is solely responsible for the carer consequences of the students, if any, arising out of the same.”
