Getting any branch in NIT depends on number of factors such as:

  • No. Of Candidates willing for a particular branch and college.
  • Difficulty level of examination
  • Your home state
  • Category you belong to

With your rank it's difficult to get NIT with good branch but you can consider NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Manipur, NIT Mizoram, NIT Raipur, NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Durgapur, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar.

Other college to consider is HBTU.
