As per the policies, there is no reservation for defences quota candidates (ncc)under all India quota counselling though some states have reservations for this in state counselling.
There is reservations for you in AFMC pune but your ncc certificate will have a huge weightage at admission time as it will help you gain few more marks in screening process.
