IIT Madras offers 62 courses in total.  Mechatronics comes under mechanical branch. So you can pursue that branch and you can work in that field with the domain knowledge.
You can do only BTech or integrated course i.e. BTech+Mtech in specialization over a domain.
There is no separate branch for mechatronics.
If you want mechatronics as branch then you have to go for IIEST shibpur. SRM institute of technology,chennai. Vellore institute of technology.
Reva university, Banglore.
There are many colleges where you can get it.
