If there are any seats left even after filling the seats through both A category and B category,then those seats are put up for spot admissions.Generally the notification for spot admission is put up in the respective college website or newspaper. Yeah I've listened that many seats in engineering went vacant , so in order to fill them there might be a spot round held itseems. Once Enquire to corresponding Officials.
