I've applied on 14th of July and still haven't received my Enrollment No.I have been very patient with multiple date extensions. Ignou doesn't reply to any of my emails and even the contact no. given in the official page doesn't work.This is very unprofessional. Nothing on home page works either!

or try to mail the regional centre of the issues you are facing.
