You can take admission in your final college before 17th July, 2017. If you want to take admission in the college after 2nd round, you must freeze your seat, otherwise go for upgradation.

mujhe 2nd round me seat alloted kr diya gya tha aur Maine usse freeze bhi kr diya tha . to kyA mai 17 July tk admission le skta hun.ya phir 3rd round nikl ne se phle.
