Hello,

There are lots of colleges that offers M.Sc course and you can apply after B.tech but you need to appear in various exams through which you can even pursue M.Sc Ph.D integrated course.
Some of the exams are :
IIT JAM
Specific University level entrance tests.
JEST
TIFR Hyderabad
GATE
CSIR NET
