Hello Dinesh, since you are willing to get admission in LL.B for the evening slot specifically. Let me clear that doubt, that all the universities you have mentioned does not provide an evening Programme in LLB.
Following are the universities you are willing to be part of:
1. Panjab University
So to get an admission into the 3 year LL.B Programme, you have an entrance exam named Panjab University LLB Entrance Test ( PU LLB Entrance).
The online application process will start from 10 April, 2019 and end on 18 April, 2019.
Admit cards will be issued on the following dates, i.e., 11 June, 2019 - 17 June, 2019.
And the final examination will be conducted on 17th June 2019.
Before filling in the form, you need to check the Eligibility criteria:
• The candidate should have completed his/her graduation with an aggregate marks of 45 percent from any recognised university or Institute.
• The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD/OBC category will be given a relaxation of 5 percent in their aggregate marks.
• Also, there is no age bar for this exam.

Various departments and centres that will be participating in this examination are Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh; Panjab University Regional Centre, Muktsar; UIL, Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana and University Institute of Legal Studies, Swami Sarvanand Giri, PU Regional Centre, Bajwara, Hoshiarpur. There will be a total of 480 seats, and here 300 seats will be offered at the Department of Laws alone.

2. Pondicherry University, Puducherry
This university does not provide bachelor's in law programme. Only courses that it provides is LLM, and P.G Diploma in law in some specific fields.

3. Poornima University, Jaipur
This university as well does not provide bachelor's in law programme. And the only courses it provides are management and technical degrees like B.Tech, M.Tech, M.B.A, B.C.A etc.

All the best!
I hope this helps.
