However, LPU is a full fledged UGC recognised university, hence the AICTE approval is not required. All the diplomas and other programmes are very much valid across the country and globally.

LPU is a credible Institute of the nation. Since LPU is a university hence its approved by University Grant Commission (UGC) and therefore also it doesn't requires approval by AICTE , so yes degree of Diploma/Polytechnic will be valid from this University.
