First of all mention your rank .... if whether u r in cut off or not acc. to past years data.
And if u r .....then go for in which u r interested. CSE/IT OR CIVIL.
Moreover CSE and IT are nearly same disciplines. For more discussion on IT and CSE , go through quora.
