Dear aspirant,
If you are seeking for admission in DTU your rank should be under 12K for decent branchs such as biotechnology, civil engineering and for CS your rank should be under 3k.
You also have advantage of you are Delhi candidate as 85% seats are reserved for DELHI candidates.
Colleges such as NSIT,JMI, IIIT Delhi are very good in terms of placement and packages.
