Hello,
There is no correspondence course for MBBS as MBBS has a lot of practical and clinical experience that one has to gain which you cannot gain by doing a correspondence course. Anatomy dissection is a must to see the structures, one must attend clinics to understand how to take cases, symptoms, patient history and diagnosis.
So, MBBS is a course where you have to see and communicate with the patient and you cannot do it as a correspondence course. Hands on experience is of utmost importance to make a good doctor.
Hope this helps.
