Different size and orientation of eye are acceptable in jobs through SSC CGL medicals. However some jobs have vision standards. So, if your vision is not hindered by the orientation and size of your eye, then there is no need to worry. Which means if you are able to work with full functionality then you need not worry about the medicals.
For better guidance you can consult a professional doctor who has knowledge of SSC CGL standards. The official notification of the exam would contain the acceptable standards job vice.
Also, keep your focus on preparation, these things can be sorted out later when the need comes.
