Cutoff for different year is different and it  depends upon the no. of students participated  and the toughness level of paper in that year.
Minimum  Obc rank in jee main to get a seat in dtu for cse stream with home state category is 9000 (category rank) and corresponding marks is 130.

According to previous year cutoff of DTU Delhi you should bring your rank under 45000 in order to get CSE in DTU (Delhi region). To get this rank you have to score above 95 percentile in jee mains to secure your seat.
