my AIR is 4,30,000 and category rank for OBC is 1,87,000 which college I may get for mbbs anywhere in India

Hello candidate!

Sorry to mention that with the above rank there are no chances of getting you a MBBS seat.

Since the cut off for the year is at tremendous increase for getting a seat in atleast private college you need to score 480+ belonging to obc category.
