Your eligibility for admission in DTU or BITSAT will be on JEE(Mains) exams.

Admission is on the basis of rank you score in exam.

Apart from JEE exams you must have above 75% aggregate and 60% in each subject for BITSAT

And for DTU you should have  above 60% aggregate in PCM and Englisj

The eligibility criteria for BITSAT is that you should have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. Apart from the 75% aggregate marks, you should have scored 60% marks separately in each of the three subjects.
The eligibility criteria for admissions in  DTU is that you require an aggregate of atleast 60% in PCM and also have english as a subject. And you must pass each of these subjects individually.
Considering this you seem to be eligible for DTU but not eligible for BITSAT.
