Hello Vaibhav,

With a rank of 136k in jee main though ews category you cannot get admission in sastra university in any of the branches. If you specifically want a seat in sastra university in a specific branch you can try through a management quota or vacany quota. You can wrote various entrance test for colleges and secure a good seat in tour desired branch.
