congrats on your score first of all. Though as per this rank it could be very difficult for you to get a seat in nit Patna. Still as per the last year cutoffs you can get into the college as the cutoffs for the round 7 of josaa counselling was 835-1205 (for ews candidate with Bihar as the home state) last year. But the cutoffs are highly volatile and changes every year due to various reasons hence it's imperative for you to apply for many colleges in the councelling and can even predict the college you can get as per your rank beforehand
