My cutoff is 181. I belong to MBC . Can I have a possibility to get seat in Anna University or other institute like MIT?

Very sorry to say dear, 181 cutoff is good. 

But, it is too less to secure seats in highly reputed colleges like anna university & madras institute of technology.

For MBC, they require a cutoff of around 193-200.

You can surely get seat in anna university .As cutoff is going to reduce this year.Be confident.

Dear, the cutoff will get reduced but not to 181. For the past 5 years, the cutoff is around 195-200. It may reduce to 190, but not to 181.
