The eligibility criteria for getting a group 1 certificate is:

IPs who have been in continuous insurable employment for a minimum period of five years as on, and immediately proceeding the 1st January of the year of admission. The continuous insurable employment for five years herein means that the contribution in respect of him/her were paid/payable for not less than 78 days in all the nine contribution periods (CPs) immediately preceding the above 1st January.

The Certificate will be issued by the regional/ Sub regional office under whose Jurisdiction the Insured person is currently working.

The procedure for Issue of Ward Certificate-

The candidates need to approach the requisite RO/SRO after the issue of admission Notice in Pubic domain by ESIC, HQ office with an application form and self attested copies of the documents to be varified from the Originals given below

ESIC Pehchan Card

NEET Admit Card containing Roll No.

Proof of Residence

School Certificate for proof of Date Birth/ Birth Certificate

Senior Secondry School certificate
