Hey Anjali.
Considering your final rank in the merit list, you do not seem to have any chances for admission in UILS, PU Chandigarh if you belong to the general category.
The admission for the Chandigarh campus usually closes at a rank of 170-190 for each course of Ba LLb and Bcom LLb respectively.
You can try for the Regional centres.
