Hi,
With a score of 595 in GATE 2020 you can get NIT'S SURATKAL, WARANGAL & TRICHY-These institutes offer better Infrastructure and placements in comparison to new IIT's.
General - 650+ (Direct Admission) - 600 + (For Interview)

Or

After top three NIT's, New IIT's and other NIT's falls in ranking.-General - 600+ (Direct Admission) - 550 + (For Interview)

Or

College of Engineering, Pune, BIT's - Pilani and Goa has good infrastructure and research facilities

General - 500+ (Direct Admission) - 450 + (For Interview)
