In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income  should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. So, you can duly apply for it.A Sub-Divisional Magistrate who is head of a district subdivision, an administrative officer will issue the caste certificate to the applicant.

Supporting document for the present residential proof like Voter Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill etc. A copy of OBC certificate of father, brother, sister or of his/her blood relative from paternal side, if available. ... IMPORTANT : All documents  needs to be attested by MP/MLA/Gazetted Officer.
