Hello,
In 2019 the cut off in round 7 was 100 for General PWD category to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in VNIT, Nagpur. Considering this it is difficult to get seat in CSE general pwd rank 706. Cut off may slightly change depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
To know the colleges/branches in which you may get seat you can use our JEE Main college predictor

Hello aspirant,
The chances of getting into a particular college with a specific stream, depends on a number of factors- such as the availability of seats in the successive rounds of counselling, the number of students with the same score as you, the reservation category, etc. Based on these, the cutoffs vary each year. So it wouldn't be possible to predict with absolute certainty as to which stream you might get into. For the same, you can use the college predictor instead: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope this helps you. All the best!
