With this rank your percentile would be between 82-86. It is pretty good score. Admissions here are done on the basis of rank in IPU-CET JEE Main through GGSIPU Counselling. It depends upon the cut off. Cut off varies every year depending upon the no of students appearing, qualifying, no of seats available, difficulty level of exam and last year's trends. As you haven't mentioned your category, assuming it as general.

The cut off 2019 was

Round 1 min rank was 15285 and max rank was 42615 for CS branch

For IT min rank was 42770 and max 65157

For ECE 38364 and max 100104.

This was for round 1 counseling.

So you see getting CS, IT branch it is difficult to predict. For ECE branch you have chances of getting seat in 3rd round.

So you should keep trying

Well its not possible for you to get either of these branches in maharaja Agrasen institute of technology delhi aas now a days computer science  information technology or electronic and communication engineering branch are the most desirable branch so there cutoffs are always high so for computer science onr need rank below 45 k and for information technology below 65 k and for electronic and communication rank below 100k with your rank you can get mechanical branch or specialist in automation branch .
