First of all congratulations for clearing JEE Main . I am sorry to tell you but unfortunately you won't be able to get NIT Raipur Metallurgical Engineering and Mining Engineering as the rank required is much lower than your actual rank for other states but  you can still get Metallurgical Engineering if you have Home State quota.
