Hello Akshata.

Well 10,398 is a pretty decent rank in kcet and you have option of choosing a seat between many decent colleges.if you want a seat in uvce or skjit Bangalore am happy to say that you can get a seat in any of the two colleges,it is up to you now which college you want a seat in.
