You can take admission in govt mbbs college either through AIQ counseling or domicile state counseling which your profile suggest west bengal.

In NEET 2020 AIQ counseling cut off marks for SC category candidate was Air 81121 (507+ marks approximately) . so literally you have no chance of getting govt mbbs college in all india counseling in any state.

whereas West Bengal State quota counseling cut off marks for SC category candidate was Air 130000 and 452 marks.

so if we compare state counseling cut off marks with your marks then you lag far behind, so you have literallly no chance of getting govt mbbs college.

you can try for govt BAMS/BHMS college in state counseling of West Bengal.

Considering the previous year cut off trend you do not have chances to get seat in MBBS under 15% All India Quota. Last year the cut off for 15% AIQ seats has increased. If you wish to get seat in MBBS you may have to take a year off and prepare for NEET UG 2022. Or you can seek admission to Ayush courses with NEET UG score 2021 as you have less chances to get seat in MBBS in state level counselling.
