On the basis of previous year cutoffs, at your rank there are no chances for government medical college in your category under state quota. Even there is very less probability for management quota seats also. But you can get management quota seats for dental colleges in Telangana. For MBBS you can get admission in private medical colleges and deemed universities  such as:

• Dr D Y Patil University, Pune
• NIMS University, Jaipur
• IIMSR, Lucknow
• Bitte University, Mangalore
• Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala
