I will advice you that Please Wait for your State Rank List of NEET UG and Register for Counseling under your State Quota, if your state have good amount of Private Medical Colleges than there are chances that you will get a MBBS Seat and don't forget to register in All India Counseling too.

you should try contacting the college of your choice to ask for management quota seat as it only requirement is clearing the cut off and as you have cleared the cut off you will be eligible to apply according to the college policies
