My pu ba llb entrance score is 30 , rank is 800 and class 12 %age is 98% will i get admission in Chandigarh ,ludhiana or even hoshiarpur??

Can u plz tell tha if someone with 94.8% in 12th and 24.25 marks in pu ballb entrance with defence category get admission anywhere in Chandigarh , Ludhiana or hoshiarpur
