What is your GMR i. e general rank?

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

Anyway,

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

When we go through past year cut off then,

In 2019 , in 3rd round of wbjee,  the closing general rank for  Jadavpur University in the branches asked by you is given below for general pwd category:-

• ECE :-13849
• Mechanical engineering:- 26501

So, if your general rank is in this range, then only you have chances.
