Hello dear
According to the previous year cut offs trends if you from Punjab region ( home state ) than their is some chances to get CSE depending upon the situation.
But it is not possible in may way to get CSE with outside Punjab region.
You may get other branches like ( civil; electrical ; electronic instrumentation ; Chemical ; production engineering ).
And with home state quota you may get other branches also ( mechanical ; ECE etc.).

Hi chitranshi ,
Congratulation for such a good score in jee mains 2019.
Yes you can definitely take admission into thapar institute with your jee score of 64k .
Thapar has two modes of getting admission one with jee score and other with boards percentage .
With your jee score you acn get streams like chemical engineering, civil engineering , mechanical engineering , mechatronics and electronics and communication branch .
And class 12th percentage information is not in site.
