You haven't mentioned your category, presuming you as General last year 575 marks with respective rank of 14621 secured a seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich and this year there are higher chances of cut-offs increasing, the entire mark vs rank has gone through a drastic change by increase of 30-40 marks, this further makes it tough in your case to secure a GMC seat, but you hold chances for private colleges such as Sri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Muzaffarnagar Medical College, Rohilkhand Medical College & Hospital,School of Medical Sciences (Sharda University),  Hind Institute of Medical Sciences,Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences to name a few, chances for GMC is tough through AIQ as its cut-offs are generally higher than state quota, as last year cut-off for UR through AIQ for Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences was 409 marks with corresponding rank of 119996, so you may have chance here, other than this the cut-offs for UR has been pretty high and the chances are difficult for other GMCs.
