Hey Ishika.
Considering your rank you seem to have fair chances for admission in the PU regional centre, Hoshiarpur. You have more chances in Bcom LLb that BA LLb as the cut off for BA llb is usually higher.
This institute being a regional centre of Panjab University has a good Infrastructure, Faculty and other facilities. Do participate in the counselling and hope for the best!
