       Cutoffs for ECE branch in MIT goes upto 1201 and 638 in BC category in MIT and PSG respectively ((according to last year's TNEA cutoffs) ). So with your rank, you won't be able to secure a seat for ECE branch in MIT/PSG. However, you can get other branches, to check out which colleges you can get with your rank, go to this link:
