my rank is 1840 i got 22.5 mrks in pu llb entrance and my bcom marks are 63.5% can i get admission in any of 4 universities mentioned???

Hey.
Considering your score in entrance exam is 22.5 and that your Graduation score is 62.5% you seem to have a good chances for admission in PU. Your combined merit score would be around 43 without any weightage if any.
There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
So considering the fact that your entrance rank is quite low but your graduation marks are  good, so your chances seem not much. There are no chances for Chandigarh campus and less chances for regional centres.  But wait for the final ranks to be out for a better estimate. But as of now chances seem less.
