Hi Shweta,

Yes, she is elligible for JEE Advance as she scored 80.97 in JEE Mains 2019. This year cutoff for OBC in JEE Mains is 74.316 respectively. Also she scored 85.5 in punjab university which is good score and she will be definitely in top 20% student so, no worry.
