Hello Vikas,
According to previous year data and considering the raise in cut off this year ,with all india rank of around 2.6 lakhs, your sister cannot get a MBBS seat in conveyor quota but you can try for management quota or in central/deemed universities if you can afford.

But your sister have chances to get a BAMS seat mostly private colleges under conveyor quota.
