It is quite impossible for you to get any branch in Jadavpur University. Your obc rank is too high to compete with others. Though you can try for chemical , production engineering and wait for 4th round.
You can try in Kalyani Government Engineering college, you might get any branches there. Other government colleges like Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college, Coochbeher government engineering college - you can easily get seat here.
