Taking in account of the previous year cutoffs you will not be able to secure a seat for ECE in IEM. There are not much chances of getting electrical also. It is the best private college so getting a Seat with this rank is difficult. You can get electrical in Heritage Institute of Technology but not ECE. You can get ECE and electrical in Techno India. You can also opt for some government colleges. But to get a seat in government colleges with this rank you have to wait till mop up. So you can proceed accordingly.
