even you can get another govt. colleges as well. some are-  Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vidyalaya, Jalpaiguri Govt. engineering college etc.

As you can see that your very close to the closing ranks of all three years. But wth 2832 I would say that there is a very, very slim chance for your admission into the college in this year. Maybe, just maybe your rank might fall within the closing rank.
