If you are talking about sports quota, this answer may disappoint you a little.

There is no reservation for students who excelled in any of the sports events in either state or national level in any of the UG admission programs like JEE or even in the PG admission programs like GATE.

However, you can check out if you are eligible for any of the reservations available like OBC or SC or ST or PWD or CAP etc.,

Through NEET exam, you can apply to medical and dental colleges all across the country that have provision Of ‘All India Quota’ seats. There is a reserv of 15% seats as All India Quota seats. The counseling for these seats will be at the same time as the State Quota seats.

No, there is no sport quota is NEET 2019. You will get only All India Quota as prescribed in the application information brochure. You can get the complete information in the brochure for NEET 2019 application. Though, you have the sport quota (assuming that you're a national level participant in some sport) at the state level, which you can find after the results are declared.
