Hello aspirant,
Both DU and IPU is good for Bcom honours .There are various colleges in Delhi University which provide good quality of education

Top colleges for Bcom honours in Du:
1.SRCC

2.Lady Shri Ram College for Women.

3.Hindu College

4. Venkateshwara College

5. Hansraj College

6. Ramjas College

7.Jesus and Mary College

8. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.

It depend on your 12 Percentage which college you get.

For taking admission in IPU you have to clear IPUCET.Placement were really good as mostly students who aspired for placements, got placed into good MNCs.
